I’m Going To Bid on This One!!

Oaxacan Mexican Extravaganza– Oaxacan Mexican Meal prepared for 12 by Salem Conference Center Executive Chef Tory Knaus.  You may host this fantastic dinner in your home or in a private dining area at The Grand Hotel.  Server  provided to assist the event.  Authentic Mexican beverages will be paired and accompany the meal. 

                 

The menu will feature:  Queso Fundito with Chorizo, Rajas and Queso Oaxaca with Tortilla Chips, Spinach Salad with Pepitas, Tomatillo-Avocado Vinaigrette, Tomatoes and Queso Ranchero, Braised Beef Short Ribs with Red Mole, Pintos with Pork and Beer, Esquites with Chili Butter, lime and Cotij-Garnished with Crema, Chocolate Ancho Lava Cake with Vanilla Cream.  YUM!!
